Working Remotely

Online Therapy

 

Online therapy allows you to meet with your therapist virtually using secure, HIPAA-compliant video technology. We use Sessions Health to conduct telehealth appointments, which is simple and convenient, no passwords are required to log in. After booking, you’ll receive a link by email or text. To join, simply click the link and enter your name to check in. Your therapist will admit you from the virtual waiting room. Online therapy is ideal if you prefer the convenience of attending sessions from home or are managing a busy schedule, while still receiving the same personalized care as in-person therapy.

In-Person Therapy

 

In-person therapy provides the benefit of direct, personal interaction and can help foster a deeper sense of connection in the therapeutic process. For those who prefer to meet face-to-face, our office is located in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan, conveniently near MTA subway and PATH stations. After booking, your therapist will send you detailed check-in instructions. On the day of your appointment, you’ll show your ID at building security, take the elevator upstairs, and check in on the virtual receptionist (iPad). Your therapist will meet you there and welcome you to the therapy room.
